College Football Hall of Fame Ticketing Policy:
- There will be no refunds or exchanges for ticket purchases
- The Hall of Fame cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through any entity other than the Hall of Fame.
- Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale above face value
- Tickets purchased online, over the phone or at the ticket counter will be mailed to the customer within 10 business days of the transaction. Tickets purchased after July 12, 2012 will be held at will call.
- Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including auctions, contests, sweepstakes and giveaways) without the prior written consent of the Hall of Fame.
- The Hall of Fame reserves the right to refuse or void transactions and purchases at anytime.
- The Hall of Fame ticket office customer service can be reached at 1-800-440-FAME from 9:00 a.m. –5:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday.
