| Sunday, May 4, 2008 | 9am -5pm | National Football Foundation- South Bend Community Clothing Drive The National Football Foundation has four Play it Smart school here in South Bend, Ind. This year Clay High School, Washington High School, Riley High School, and Adams High School will compete against one another to see who can gather the most clothes.
A traveling trophy, donated last year by the Indianapolis Colts, will be awarded to the school with the most clothes.

| Friday, May 30 - Saturday, May 31, 2008 | All Day | Sunburst Races The Sunburst Marathon starts at the College Football Hall of Fame and ends at Notre Dame. Register at www.sunburstraces.org. Late registration is on Friday, May 31 at the Hall of Fame from noon to 8:00 pm. There is no race day registration. The Family Walk is at 6:00 pm on Friday, May 30. All of the races are on Saturday, May 31, including the Marathon (6:00 am), Half Marathon (6:00 am), 5K Run (7:00 am), 10K Run (7:30 am) and Fun Walk (8:45 am). There will be a pasta dinner for participants and their friends and family at the Hall of Fame on Friday, May 30 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. |
